  1. These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Early Bird” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) every Sunday from 19th March to 2nd April 2023.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the “Website”) who:
  • have a verified Website account;
  • are over 18 years old;
  • have downloaded our poker client; and
  • are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

  1. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Eligible Players must preregister for the Selected Tournaments (specified below) to participate.
  1. Six (6) tournaments will be part of the Promotion: the Sunday Party tournament available on 19th March, 26th March and 2nd April 2023 and the Sunday Carnival tournament available on 19th March, 26th March and 2nd April (the “Selected Tournaments”).
  1. Preregistered players who finish within first 50 places of the money in the Selected Tournaments will qualify for the rewards.

REWARDS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Rewards will be paid out and be visible in the Eligible Player’s Website account within 7 days of the end of the Selected Tournament.
  1. All Rewards appear in USD ($). Eligible Players will be credited their Reward according to the currency of their account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates. 
  1. Each reward consists of a tournament ticket with a value equal to the relevant Selected Tournament buy-in ($22 or $109) (the “Ticket”).
  1. Tickets will be credited to an Eligible Player’s account automatically.
  1. Tickets will allow entry into any Tournament at the given buy-in value. Details will be specified on the Tickets themselves, details of which can be found in the “My Tickets” section of the Eligible Player’s Website account.
  1. Tickets will expire after 14 days from issue.
  1. Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other players.
  1. Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).
  1. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  1. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
